The project concept stems from the search for a simple volume with pure orthogonal lines, which, thanks to its materiality, textures, and landscape, could represent a monolithic form that blends with the unique environment in which it is located.

Aiming to create an immersive interior experience, the atmospheres achieved by the proposed materials seek to provide an intimate experience for each visitor. In the same space, they will discover different scenarios, largely due to the transition of scales generated specifically by the triple-height core. This not only contributes to creating a great sense of spatial openness but also shifts all focus to the form of the proposed monolith, transforming it into an iconic and unique volume on the city’s scale.

Since the entire program is developed on a single level, the building features a space incorporated laterally, which plays an inverse role to the developed volume. The proposed latticework aims to provide the user with a permeable space that connects to the exterior, without losing the privacy granted by the main volumetric form.
